The terraces orient each apartment towards the sea or Princess Stéphanie Park. Depths of up to 4.20 m allow for a lounge and a dining table, with privacy screens between neighbours.
A Belle Époque iron railing closes each terrace. The floor is in oak or natural stone, to taste. An outdoor room for summer and the shoulder seasons.
